A hip, spine and squat focused stretch class. Mat required.
Work into the back of the legs, finding a hinge at the hips whilst working our spinal mobility at the same time. We then move into squat related stretches, improving ankle mobility and hip function. Finishing with some general hip work. Perfect way to blow out those cobwebs developed after a sedentary day/night.
